Lil Bulldogs is always looking for individuals who have the want to work in childcare.

We look to hire individuals who are energetic, fun, reliable, self starting to provide basic care and caregiving needs along with encouraging healthy growth of the children in our care facility.

​

Additional qualities we look for include the willingness to teach and supervise the children in your care while motivating them to use their mental capabilities and exercise their imagination. Along with being able to exercise patience, flexibility, time management, strong communication skills, grace, creativity, and love for children.

 

Childcare experience, CPR/First Aid, background check, and

ECE credits are an added bonus but are not needed to apply.
